This policy explains what personal information ToolHaul collects when you visit or buy from this store, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. Payment card numbers are processed by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers — we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the store we collect your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, and the pages you view, using cookies and log files.
Information you volunteer. If you subscribe to our email list, submit the contact form, or email support, we keep that correspondence and your email address.
How we use it
- To fulfil, ship, and invoice your order
- To communicate with you about orders, returns, and warranty claims
- To screen orders for fraud or risk
- To send marketing email, where you have asked to receive it
- To improve and secure the store
Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers who help us operate: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to defend our legal rights.
Cookies
The store uses cookies necessary for the cart and checkout to function, plus analytics cookies that tell us how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the cart may then stop working.

Marketing email
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional emails about orders you have placed.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes — generally seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Children
This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy. The version posted here is always the version in force.
