Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout. The 2-Unit and 3-Unit packs always ship free by priority service.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of your shipment confirmation, check your spam folder and then email toolhaulsupport@gmail.com.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your parcel is more than 10 business days past its estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will replace it or refund you. We handle the carrier claim, not you.
Address accuracy
We can amend a shipping address for roughly one hour after the order is placed. After that the label is printed. Email us immediately if you spot a mistake and we will do what we can.
Batteries
The DJD022 ships without a battery. It runs on the DeWalt 20V MAX platform, which you buy separately from any tool retailer. This keeps shipping cheap and avoids lithium-battery air freight restrictions.
